Step by Step 
Measure a piece of ribbon to fit around a pillar candle adding 6 inches to allow for 2 three inch tails. 
Tuck a sprig of greenery down behind knot in ribbon. 
Get a square candle and coat the sides with craft glue. 
Place twigs in a natural pattern around candle pressing them in the wet glue. Finish one side at a time and allow it to completely dry. Tie raffia around finished candle. 
Same instructions as above but using bark.
